Strange Allgemeine Cufftitle

Hi Gents,
Has anyone ever seen anything like this? The RZM tag suggests that it comes from the same manufacturer as the numbered/titled Allg. bands found by Jason Burmeister (Ulrich, Vol. 2, p.36). Thanks for any thoughts or theories!

A very interesting title, where did it showed up? Anything more known about it?

It turned up with some other nice early Allg. cufftitles from an old collection. I'm waiting to see if the original owner can give me any more information...
