    I get the mannequin kits from Webster Displays (he is on the internet) and I just use bubblewrap around the PVC pipe 'legs' to give them shape. I buy the round wood bases at Home Depot and use black laquer gas pipe which just runs under the tunic, to hold it straight. The whole thing costs just over $100.00 to complete.

    I believe Dave Webster calls them the SYSTEN MANNEQUIN.

      Bob, look to get some good Obermaier mannequins from Germany.
      Mine I have are some 40 or 50 years old.
