Unissued strip of SS Tropical skulls

I just picked this up from a local collector. There are 16 of them.
This is outside my scope of collections, so if anyone has an original Sonderverband sleeve patch I'd be happy to entertain a trade offer.

As for the prices coming down there are hundreds of these in certain hands that get released a little at a time, so I do not think they will ever be worth what their gray brothers are worth but still 1 to 150 dollar items over the long run....but then again a few years ago (2006) the AK caps w/o piping were 2 to 250 dollars each in quantity and now they are all absorbed so you never know....

            Cheers.

              Warning

              A WARNING!

I entered into a trade agreement with a fellow member here, M. John Tintin, for these skulls and another item. We both exchanged tracking numbers but it appears his was a forged number. Neither French nor US Postal Systems record the number he sent me. The last communication I received from M. Tintin was a notification that he had received the package I sent him. I've had no response from him regarding the package he should have sent me, despite several attempts to contact him through here and through his Email address.

Anyone considering doing business with this individual should be forewarned.

Sadly some European Buyers are Giving the entire Continent a bad name.I have heard recently that the Only real way to be sure is to send items Registerd Mail. The trade thing just makes it more Dangerous unless your at a show or Fair.I feel bad that this sort of thing happens.

Well, when I take it right then it is the "John T" that has posted in this thread and he seems not to be a european...?

                      Cheers

I think you must be mistaken as that is not john's surname and john is in the USA not France, I will though drop him an e-mail to alert him to this thread

I've been checking what records I have in my brief case. I have John Tintin with an Email address of jacky1945@live.fr

I certainly do not wish to malign the wrong John!

                            Mike,
I can tell you that is defiantly not John T then , John is one of the good guys anyway.

Have a look through your PM's and see if you can find a user name
