Owen, your smock looks very nice But its a shame you havent a better camera. These smocks deserve better and bigger close-ups.
Please buy yourself a new camera and start all over. Thanks for shearing the pictures with us.

          Best regards, Tom

                      Blurred edge camo

More years ago than I'd like to think, I bought a blurred-edge Zelt at a Kent Arms auction at "The Black Prince" (it'll mean something to Brits of more-advanced years).
Somewhere I still have a small photo of it. I exchanged it for an Oakleaf helmet cover, also long gone, but the Zelt was an interesting piece.
Where did I park that Time Machine!
Many thanks for all those stunning pictures, especially that gorgeous mint-unissued specimen - you lucky man!
Good luck to all in these unusual times,

                          Blurred-edge camo

                          Yes,
Those were the days - I'll always remember my wife's indignation while she patiently waited in the car and Chris Farlowe used the bonnet (hood) of our car as a rest while he wrote on something!
The days of the varied mottos on etched Kar98 bayonets and other horrors.
Some things were cheaper then, even in relative terms but W/SS Zelts seemed to stick around £100 for a very long time - a lot of money then.
There are pieces available nowadays that you'd not think possible then, but $19,500 for a smock!
I still wonder if my plane tree smock with a large rectangular block in the pattern on the front was real. Where is it now I wonder.
                          All the best,
                          Grossfuss

It might be in the boot of your car !!!!
I am from Belfast and know all the home terms for cars , thanks for the translation though .
My first cammos were from Kent sales back in the late 1980s .
I used to read the catlogues in the bath !!!
