M36 Tunic Opinions

The tunic looks good,a mid/late war example with trikot collar.
I like the boards,cuffband and based on the pictures I would agree with
NickG.......the rank tab looks good with the nice RZM pips but for the rune
tab I would like to see better pictures.

By strange, is it because of the trikot material? I agree it is different then the norm but I believe I've seen other, i believe Lorens has one with gabardine collar.

just for colour. but there are other real expert judge it positive.

Thank You all. I gotta tell you I appreciate all your opinions. Yes the eagle was posted before the tunic only because it was the only piece on this tunic i questioned. Then I decided to post the rest just to show it off. To me this was a one looker with a hands on. I can tell you it wasn't made yesterday, but yes the collartabs are reappllied, as evidence by the crude hand stitching of the collar tabs. I look at the eagle as a nice looking place holder, if it turns out to be postwar. The shoulder boards are tight and look to have never been tampered with. Unfortunitely the owner of this piece passed away so I can't ask him anything about the tunic. There isn't any markings inside, no maker label, name, nothing. Trust me I searched real hard but nothing.

Hi Francesco, I will have the tunic in my collection on Wed. I tried to edit the pics I have and here is what I came up with. The problem is that most pics are more from the top so it's giving a false view of the rune spacing, north to south.

My dear polish friend, you must be a very smart and highly experienced collector to give such comments against me. No, I am not going to fight back, you are just not worth it. 8 errors in just one sentence that you posted speak for your self.. Overall not a bad tunic. An original uniform,collar tabs, great cord piped shoulder boards, real cufftitle, the eagle is odd but unless there is an identical one that is known to be fake I wouldnt write it off. It need better hands on scrutiny.
I like your tunic...its not one to pay an arm and a leg for but its a good representation.Enjoy it !

As a sidenote based on my experience posting tunics here draws alot of clown attention....my advice is to not pay attention...everyone suddenly becomes a keeper of wisdom and abusers of FREE commentary when you post uniforms.
