I'm pretty sure the trapezoid is fake as well. If the cap fits, wear it when it's cold. I used to wear a fake SS camouflage cap with a real tropical skull on it to work every day for years. No one even noticed.

Bottom line is: if your gut tells you that something isn't right... if your brain starts asking questions... then don't buy it, or return it as soon as possible. Nine times out of 10, your gut feel is the right way to go. Otherwise you'll talk yourself into owning a fake.
