SS Officer Photos - Identify?

I have two photo albums from the same DRK nurse. One has some SS photos in, which include these of an officer with chained dagger.

I know its a long shot but can he be indentified?

I don't know who he is, but I believe the collar-tabs indicate that he is in the SD . . .

There's no SD raute on the lower left photo, no cufftitle for 'SS-Reichsfuhrung' or anything else so my guess would be SiPo.
