SS Flag Good or Bad

First guess was bad, looks to new.

The flag is 90 x something (it says it but forgot to take a pic of it)
It says Lao or Lan as seen in the pic
Dated 1940
The skull and Runes are in Grey, Silk screen applied.

earmarks of a fake SS flag ???

Other "bad" earmarks include the header, the goofy "1940"
stamping. My question is if there ever even was an
original SS rune flag with skull in upper corner (canton)
- is this fake based on a real flag, or just someones pipe dream?
