This is original and flemish.
It is a Beschermende Leden pin for the members of the flemish general ss who gave money to this organisation. Like the FM pin in Germany.

"Antw" stands for the city "Antwerp" (or in Flemish "Antwerpen"),
I assume the place where the pin's manufacturer was located.
("L.Zoll" being the maker)
