Metal, cap scull...

Good morning gentlemen, Over the pat few weeks I've been catching up with the job of cataloging parts of my collection and came across this cap skull that has been packed away for the last 10 years or so... Now, not being a collector of 'SS' Items, I thought that I would ask the experts for opinions on it's originality before placing It in the archive.. It's marked 'RZM' and 'SS 475/42'...
