I know nothing about camo tunics but when I saw the first pics, I was expecting everyone to slate it because frankly, it looks brand new! I find it amazing that these things have survived in this kind of condition for so long. The label from the vet is just astonishing, what a fantastic piece!

      Amazing

Mike my friend, I would say this is the best camo uniform you have in your collection, congrats, really a nice addition

I'm still curious, as it was mentioned above, but what is "the capture story"? Is there some provenance for this piece? I'd really love to hear the background!

          Thanks,

          John

Nice, this is featured (at least on back cover dust cover) in one of the three volumes of Beavers books I believe, and inside as well.

For what it is worth, my opinion (which likely counts for little) is that the insignia shows similar wear to that of the tunic...

I, along with a long line of collectors, would be tickled pink to have this tunic in my collection.

As one of Mike's Canadian neighbours, I can attest that he has taken the hobby of collecting to new heights with his investigative and analytical approach. His collection over the years has seen absolutely stunning, rare and some of the finest examples of WSS militaria.

This one is certainly spectacular to say the least!!!

I continue to be amazed... Congradulations Mike!

                      Mike,

Thanks again for showing the details up close that we could not see well in the book. Like I said before, this is one tunic that makes the non-camo collecters want to start...congratulations again.
