          Two kinds of pips on the same tab. Likeley a field promotion. Im sorry that i do not have any pic of the reverse because it is on a collar. Domed style and the more common style.

                The first link is to a repro pair IMO and the second pair shows an original side prong on the rank tab (IMO).
