    SS NCO Visor Cap

Hi Gents. Here for show is my new ss nco cap. The eagle is M1/167, skull is a M1/52. This cap has a lot of stamps inside wich i dont know what means. The pastboard in back are removed. Resewn together again back of cap. I think maybe it is made to make it "chrusher" style, and easy put in the sack? I dont know. Please take a look, and feel free to coment. Best, norge

Very nice original cap my friend. The markings may be Museum inventory stamps of some kind?

They look like Russian museum stamps to me and are similar to others in original caps I have observed.

                        Besslein,

Sorry about that...I had never seen the round stamps in any Statni items. I certainly don't want to get Czech stamps and Russian types mixed up. I just thought the large numbers looked like many I had seen in Russian museum pieces. Thanks,

                        Richard

                          Hat

Skull is a good pot metal m1/52. I am not impressed with this hat. The chin strap is not right, wrong look to the leather. The cloth material and the piping are too fuzzy for my taste.

So all is wrong? What Mark?
Peter, i make som closeup´s for you. I see nothing wrong with piping or leather, neighter the chinstrap.
So russian museum stamps or czsch. statni stamp then, ok. Thank you.
                              Best, norge
