Opinions on BEVO SS sleeve eagle

Hello fellows:

What is your opinion on this bevo SS sleeve eagle with regard to authenticity...somebody trimmed the piece and glued it to green felt, note the pattern on the wreath around the swastika...is this pattern correct?
