Got it mathluft, From what I gather here they are not so rare as a tan one. I thought pieces like that struck high on the rarity meter.

They do, but I think they are not as sought after as early LW/WH FJ smocks.Originally posted by münster View Post
Someone who wants a SS-FJ display would in most cases anyhow choose the splinter or marsh pattern smock. These are cheaper and were more frequently worn, especially during the earlier operations.

That Weitze one was robbed with many others items a couple of years back! I had the chance to examine it in a show here, that looked more than good!! I don't think that the SS FJ had worn it.Comment
