Yes, thats really common fake in the "book mark" style. Its been around for many years.

Does anyone know the whole book marker story, were they issued with a book on the waffen ss or something along that line, thanx Sonny

Book Mark Cuff Title

The book mark/cuff title made its debut with the publishing of a history of the 5th SS Division Wiking by Munin-Verlag in the 70s. The cuff title/book mark was included with the book.
