They don't look like this one... these look sloppy and the letters are not shaped the same, etc. Compare for yourself. This is a KNOWN good one.

They always differ, that is why I never found a pair I was comfortable with. Which original, which not, go figure, unless, of course, it is from a very reliable source it is hard call..

Are you sure?I've compared this set with the ones I have in my database and honestly I don't feel confortable with this one.Just my opinion

After collecting pretty much everything from medals to guns, I just now perfectly realized one thing that all collectors should be aware of: Perfect copies (identical) are made and for a long, long time (decades), and smaller/simpler they are, more convincing they are (awards for example). Details, construction, material - all correct, heck even patina/age has been built naturally; and it often simply impossible to tell real or not, unless you are going to performing some hi-tech chemical analysis of material first.
Honestly, I would not risk my thousand$ even for a highly desirable items like LAH cyphers.
Congrats anyway, glad you like them, it is really all what should matter to you.

I (and a few guys I consider to be some of the best in the hobby) feel comfortable with them so no worries. If you study miltiples of these you will see minor differences in construction. Compared to another set I have that was given the thumbs up(listed below) They are exact in construction (minus the finished edges and a variance in the top of the ""L") so yes I am totally happy with them. The seller offers a good return but I wont be using it...I am really totally happy with them in hand. Best Richard

Richard,I agree,it's possible to find slightly variations on the construction comparing the same pattern of cyphers but there are 2/3 points in the construction that always repeat themselves. This is not the case IMO but,as said,if you like them that's all that matter. The second cypher you posted it's just perfect
