SS skull

I believe this to be an original skull and would like some opinions. Not sure if the pin attachment to the skull is correct. Although the attachment material on both sides look to be the same and appear to have been done at the same time.

Original skull. Pin repairs look to be period, or at least very well done with correct solder.

Here's a closeup of the solder.
Don't see any evidence of another type of solder.
Maybe another type of attachment was there previously!?

It is interesting, Do you mind me asking where you found it, was it one of the fairgrounds shows, maybe the glendale and 55th ave glendale 9 flea market or?and could you show the marks closer up. It appears to have some age to it. i agree the solder looks period.

Gentlemen,let's take the fiasco out of the 380 skull topic for now, and enjoy this wonderful rare authentic TK. The pin looks like it has been re-worked, but hey for this condition, i wouldn't complain at all if I have it

I don't see a reason to consider it repaired. It looks like the original solder to me.
