check this out Himmler wearing a reservist? or police tab maybe? what the heck?looks white or light grey reserves?why?

Very strange...It appears that there are Gruppenfuhrer's oakleaves embroidered on it. I'm unaware of there having been reservist tabs of General rank, and Himmler was not a reservist, of course. I wonder if it could be insignia related to service in the Reichsstag?

Those are certainly not reservists' collar patches.

These white (or at least very lightly-colored) collar patches were worn by Himmler only for a short period around 1933/1934 and can be seen in several photos.

Otherwise, almost nothing is known about them; there is no known written documentation on their introduction, abolishment or meaning.
