RZM marked belt, opnions?

I have this RZM 43 marked belt.
Was it in this stage of the war , special made for the SS-troops?

If no SS runes can be seen, the belt could be NSKK, HJ.

Peter is probably correct.

All the SS ones I've seen were marked similar to this one.

I had a look in the pleat, but I can not locate the runes.
