Eagles good or bad?

Agree with Ian that the bottom eagle looks more promising. However it is very hard to tell from that photo. Likely needs a hands on to really tell. The oxidation takes away a few details. Oxidation like that is not among the most common attempts to age a piece of insignia. On the other hand they get better every day especially for more expensive insignias.
