SS sleeve eagle, right or wrong??

Hi Gentlemen,

Could I please have some feedback in regards to this sleeve eagle?
Its been in my collection of eagles for some years now, and I`ve just not had the time or real interest in finding out more about this type of eagle, and whether or not its real??

I would really appreciate some info and advice on it. Many thanks in advance
It looks like a type of flat bullion thread, but I may be mistaken?

Definately was attached to a tunic of some sorts, but I know that means nothing these days. As far as I can determine, it was machine applied

Regardless of which type of thread it's made of, it is the well-known "coke bottle" fake (so named, because of the shape of the body/head).

bad ,sorry. the back is close, may fool some so dont look to close at front, thing to look for is body shape, and adlers head, this look like muppet {dont think of name at moment} but it is fake.paul
