Jacques,I don't know.The cap iteself looks correct to me but I don't understand that big stamp on the liner.
About the price I would say may be 1200/1300 Euro (???) without insignia.

Here is an example of two different cuts/shapes of ss schiftmutze. Can someone please explain this? I am trying to improve my knowledge on this subject. I will also try to improve my photoshop skills. Jacques

I might take a stab at the hat IF not too expensive ...an original hat with replaced insignia is certainly still quite collectable..JMHO Billbert
