Materials and construction style more commonly seen on general officer tabs. Too bad about the cndition, but a nice piece regardless, due to its relative rarity IMO.

Is everyone OK with that fact that the tab appears to be velvet? If so, the value of a slightly oxidized runic tab would be around $450-600....
