what are the fine points i am missing?

I now notice much differences in details of the nose holes, and eyes in the second one. stitching on the back seems uneven un stitch length. other than that they look very similar to me. Its been 30 some years since i got most of this stuff. so you gotta bare with me at times. I not used to the fine points yet.
