It sure would have fooled me. Who does make these?

Duct tape can't fix stupid, but it can muffle the sound.

If this a fake, is it from the "Hero"?

              Stone-Washed Jeans

The fading reminds me of the stone-washed denim that was fashionable in the 1980s?... and the frayed bits added for effect. Very convincing IMHO

                Bob,
first of all the fabric and therfore the camo pattern are fake. I think this is a "customized" piece made using this largely available type of repro fabric.

Beside that, the person that has made this tunic lacks knowledge in quite a few other aspects when it comes to camouflage. Good for us.

                Cheers

Just like Fritz said, the fabric is what spoiled this garment for me. I don't know too much about Third Reich sewing techniques but the camo fabric is not original. It seems by the construction, it was made out of a smock since it seems the foliage loops are still attached near the collar.

Anyway, if anyone knows who made it, I'd like to own one of these to wear either while hunting or at a reenactment.

I think that is a torn hanger loop on the collar not camo loops.
