SS Fez opinions

Hi Guys,
what's your thought on this SS Fez, it has a cream colored sweatband, marked size 56, insignia looks to have a light colored backing, behind it in places? Best pictures I have, I don't have it in hand yet.

I usually don't do anything other than the regular German SS, but after looking at all of the postings on this forum, about the fez and insignia, I took a shot, I paid $650.00 for it, did I do well?

I'm with you 100% about liking Germanic TR items more. I have a Red fez and paid no more than $300. for it 10 years ago or so. I sold it 2 years ago for nearly $1,000. and it was not as nice as yours.

You'll make money on this one, for sure!!!

we'll see once it's in hand, I may want to keep it, but it's more likely I'll trade it off for some Germanic SS items.
