Maybe you can share some more images with us: The X-mas table decoration, the cypher, Dietrich writing and the award docs. Is the EK2 doc signed by "Sepp" in Sütterlin, signed in the 2nd half of 1941?

Marcus you are correct the EK2 is signed in October 41 ,I thought it had been signed by someone else as the signiture was different?

Sütterlin signature

There was a discussion on a different thread earlier about the Dietrich-Sütterlin signature. It is strange that he signed in Sütterlin for such a limited time only in 1941 (even though I have found en example signed in Sütterlin dd. 1940 as well).

A fellow forum member mentioned concerns about the Sütterlin examples being faked, but the vast amout of groups containing docs signed by "Sepp" in all kinds of variations contradicts this in my opinion.

The question is whether Sepp had someone sign docs for him, but since the Division clerk is not with us anymore it will be extremely difficult to answer this question.
