Whoever that maybe.Could you give me some idea of price for this type of item.Thanks in advance.This is urgent i would be gratefull for some sort of guide.

I think this piece or a very similar one was circulating around the forums a few months ago. It had the same C.O.A. with it. Does anyone know who this expert is?

Although a different banner, the construction should show you the difference between authentic and Latvian banners/flags.
