SS insignia opinions, please.

We have the yearly military fair and a friend of mine came across these. Are the SS insignia any good? I have to apologise for the picture quality, but they were taken through the plastic cover. Comments would be much appretiated. Jacques

I didn't realize a South African billionaire is under-privileged. I know they have trouble spelling "privileged" and "thanks", but I thought that might just be a cultural thing. I sincerely apologize...
