Who can help me with the indentification of this badge?

I think is NSB, dutch SS or W.a because it has the Wolfangel on it.

But on Internet is nothing too find about it. So if someone can help me, please!

WHW, is right.
Often for sale as dutch SS/NSB/WA. I saw this one too.

Worth about 5 euro.
