SS or Panzer TK?

Again, I am returning to collecting after a long absence. A friend is moving on to collecting other items and has offered this TK to me. It is a hometown vet bring-back. It is only about 20mm x 23mm, and has little of the silver wash remaining.

I am still learning, and need some experienced opinions on exactly what this TK represents. Thanks.

Yours appear to be in great condition. Thanks for the comparison photos. Were these badges attached to the collar tabs on the panzer wrap?
