What the heck is this? If it is original I assume that it is SS.

Couldn't have put it better myself Tony. " Fantasy" and "crap".
Should be pinned to a British skinhead jacket on a National Front march.

In my experience these started to surface around 1980-81 and were peddled by the goons selling all those thin repro British cap badges (note the British beret style slip-in bar) I forget the guy's name but there was one up in Whaley Bridge near Stockport. They came at the same time as the large 17/21st Lancer 'Death or Glory' badge for the back of leather biker jackets. As for "pinned to a British skinhead" I would say it should be worn on their head and have a 6" nail hammered through it once in place....just to keep it in place obviously.

          Nice touch Ian.

I remember escorting a NF march a couple of years ago through Central London. The foot soldiers were Neanderthal being led by a couple of smartly suited slimeballs. Of interest was a couple of old blokes at the back who seemed to be given some respect. It turns out that these were a couple of "Moseley's Boys"....1930's British union of Facists Blackshirts!
No zimmerframes either. One as I recall was even wearing his WW2 Medals.
