        Cap at SOS

        Hi Guys
I seen a lieber at this years SOS.
It was my first time at the show but the cap was in a glass case on the side wall near the Wolf and Harding and Petterson area .
        Did anyone see this .
I believe the dealer was from Europe.
        All the best
        o

That does not look like LM to me with the rounded edges on the pattern. What is the collar tab on the SS mann to the far right Estonian?

                    Oh Well
Looks like I may have jumped the gun without examining further.

Pretty latewar picture, maybe he was one of those rear echelon guys that got called up in a manpower sweep?

                          HBT leibermuster camo cap

IMO, this one is real and not a factory made but maybe used and field made in a POW camp with HBT fabric from a jacket or a trousers.
You can see how the black carbon dye is blurred on the entire cap
