A friend of mine over in Germany told me he got this ring from an old lady and her husband was in the SS. I have not much clue about such rings, but it looks like it is an ring what has seen some decades. But anyhow when yes it is a private purchased/presented ring. "Ich atme tief und ohne Angst" (I'm breathing deep and without fear).
