Hi Unless the seller provides you with better pictures I would stay away if I was you. Tell him to take some better pictures and closeups of the decal and camo in natural daylight. Where dos the seller come from?

Yes, I have to agree, to get better focused pictures of the whole helmet.
If that is gold tinge on the decal, that is a good sign for the decal. So I would not be too hasty to right off this helmet. If some more helmet collectors with more knowledge than me could chime in. That would be great.

Even with thos pics, the remains of the decal don't bring good vibes, not good angles for the rune.
Camo job is weird and doesn't look really old.
Better pics would help to be sure.

As said in the helmet forum, the pics are not the greatest but this appears to be a correct Q even from the bad pics. Better pics are needed of course but this bears further exploration.
