AH Cufftitle Question

Guys,
On a firearms forum I was the lone ranger that didn't like this cufftitle. I borrowed the photos to post here and see if I'm just being too tough. It appears to have six threads in the boarder and I didn't like the RZM tag. This is the only photo available.

It's truly a shame that somebody is thinking he has a great item in his collection with plenty of positive support to back it up. It's always hard for me to understand why someone who doesn't have a clue would jump out and make a positive comment. Unfortunately they closed the thread so I can't leave a link directing him here.
