    Unterscharführer shoulder strap, opinions, please

    Hi,

Personally I like this one, but it's a fact.., I find these shoulder straps very difficult. One knowledgeable collector will give it a hands on examination in a couple of weeks, but I'd like to know what your opinion is please.

Thanks Tony, but no one seem to have any opinions about it.

I was going to say that I've seen some shoulder straps in the past with numbers and SS-BW on them... of course they were all bogus. I've seen valid markings on a pair of shoulder boards, but they were SS-Sturmbannfuhrer, not enlisted. I don't like the piping, the buttonholes, and a few other things about this strap. If it were me, I would pass on it.

Hi Arek, I haven't got a clue what the stamp means...

Thank you for your opinion Bob. As I said in my previous post, I don't know what the stamp means either. I agree with you that the piping isn't "textbook", however, I'm not certain this makes it a bad strap.
What is it you don't like regarding the buttonholes?
