Don't know if this is the right place to post this but here goes. I've been offered this collection. I have not seen it in person yet. Do you see any red flags? Price is kind of high.

looks like nice original late war TK collar tabs, can zoom in the back detail? need to zoom in the pictures of the other tabs as well to confirm. but all looks mostly original.Comment

It is clearly a Dachau found along with some used stuff he has taken.

I think $13,000 is way too much. I think it's worth $8k-$8.5k at the most. I figure there's about $7k in SS insignia in there.....and I don't know about the rest of it.

My shot in the dark guess is you probably get it for 500 to 1000 bucks..much more than that you might SCARE IT right out of your hands..Half the folks out there would have thrown the cigar box full of nazi patches right in the trash and not given it a second thought..You might ask them if they have a make you happy price with your offer written in you hand..telling them if your offer is more you will pay them that.. Some folks will want 100 bucks some people will want a million..A deal is where the 2 of you intercept and not necessarily what collectors values are... JMHO Billbert

He told me its worth $1200.00 but he will take $6000.00. I haven't tried yet to get a better deal.
