Das Schwarze Korps poster,help wanted!!!

So here is an interesting poster, first of all I believe the poster to be original, if anyone has a different opinion then please say.

But the big question is, what is it for? It is sold as an early SS-recruitment poster, but is that correct?

Has anyone seen this type before, anyone who knows more? (And No I am not going to buy it or ask about the value.)

This appears to be an advertising poster for the weekly SS newspaper "Das Schwarze Korps". It is geared towards the Berlin market. The text is in Berlinerisch, the dialect spoken in Berlin. It roughly translates to "I'm back! Silence - from now on Georg will do the talking." I won't pretend to know what (if any) Berlin character or meme this references...

In a way, this could be called a recruiting poster as the message is that of a new member of the SS returning full of self-confidence and aplomb.

Is there a signature in the bottom right corner?

This little fellow had a "column" in "Das schwarze Korps".
