Actually this is not a copy of the aluminum 360/42 eagles. The die is not the same and the back markings are not the same. It is a totally different eagle. The only thing that is the same is the number they used. Look at the head, chest and other details of the eagle. Look at the rune stamping. Two differnt eagles entirely.

Yup. Good eye. I have to admit that I didn't give it that close of an examnation. I was ready with the verdict as soon as I saw that bogus number in the title of the thread and I only glanced at the photos long enough to see on the back that it was cast and had the wrong pin attachments (for one of the old 360 fakes that is).

As an interesting side note, the front of the "original" 360 fake has been duplicated on a fake with an M1/17 reverse as well. However, regardless of the reverse used, the sneering beak and odd breast feathers (among other distinct characteristics) give it away as a fake right away.
