Luc, it looks like your badge have thinner runes than on this pics. The one also pictured in JR. Angolia Cloth insignia page 418 and 419, looks like yours. The pics you posted is on page 420. I think probably some small different cloth badges was made. Let´s hear what the experts says.
Notice the large cap eagle, sleeve eagles is used it seems like. Thanks for showing this CT also.

What's the difference between SS-Helferinnen and other Helferinnen? Was it somehow harder to get into the SS?

Might be a variation. But I would prefer the one with fat runes, only seen these in period pictures. A member posted his mothers or grandmothers some time back.

Indeed " fat " runes like worn in all period pictures , and together with the badge in the second picture ( Robin Lumsden ) , the only two I have actually liked sofar .
But who knows if variations existed , Luc - I hope for you that it is a good one also - and how I would wish I had a full length CT .. !

From the photo it appears they had both fat and thin runes, might be because of different manufacturers?
