Yes...

looks like artwork similiar to an SS officer belt buckle.

Does anyone else have a similiar ring? I assume they would have made more than one?

100% fantasy.. Yes, the SS prototype belt buckle,,it also has sniper badges on the sides!
The first generation ones were really nice looking with excellent detail,,still bogus though!
