Not 100% sure about this, but I suspect it may be post war West German? Could we see the main label?

That RZM/SS label is bogus for sure.

The first few frames I thought it stood a chance at being an original Army overseas cap, but with the fake SS label, no chance at all. And the other label doesn't give a warm and fuzzy feeling either...
