    Ss Eagle M1/72 Fake???

    Hi men,

I bought this eagle a few years ago on a fleamarket and forgot him, because my focus is collecting edged weapons.
Now I think about putting it to my display, but think it is a fake. Material seems to me to be lead, but I`m not shure.
Somewhere I have a second one, when I find it, I`ll post it too.
    Please give me your opinions.
    It is marked RZM M1/72.
If you need other pictures, let me know, please.
I was not able to place the pictures here, so I uploaded on my website:

    Thanks

    Eagle

From what I can see from the pictures, it looks like a casted copy. The remaining pin appears to be very thick also which is not good.

OK, I thought this will be the result. Alone the material lead is a give away.

I know about various materials, they where made from, so cupa, neusilber (nickelsilver), aluminium.

Could someone bring them in a chronolic list, when was which material used, and which one`s where RZM marked?
