Black Tunic

Can anyone tell me what this tunic is? Is this postwar bundes tunic, or is it railway? It has 5 buttons rather than four, but the pocekts and cuffs seems to match SS. Also not sure it would have two shoulder boards?

Any thoughts or information on this would be much appreciated.

The black service tunic used by the Allg-SS has a totaly diferent cut in the collar lapels, it din't have the collar/neck hook for closure. Also the material of the tunic do not look correct. The two shoulderboards and their desing is a BIG red flag at first look, the black service tunic never had two shoulderboards and that type of style, this is problably a post war tunic. Also this tunic have 6 buttons, the original desing has only 4...a compleat NO,NO, is my humble opinion on this piece.
