    SS Research Help needed!

    Hello,
    i'm looking for information on a guy named "von Besliy" who was supposly a Stabsfürer at the SS Abschnitt XVI.
    Up to now i was only able to trace the SS Abschnitt XVI.
    The SS Oberabschnitt was no. 14 "Mitte" (Braunschweig) and the
    SS Abschnitt XVI was below this with their residence in Magdeburg.
