      Embroidery isn't as tight as ones that I've owned, but it looks like a good WSS GJ sleeve patch.

        looks ok, it seems the thread tension was off when it was embroidered hence its look.

              ok someone ask via pm what i meant so here it is;

              If you look at the front around the edge of the grey embroidery you will see it looks like it has an edging of little loops, this is a result of the tensions being out,

              Either the front thread tension is out or the back tension is out or a combination of both.

              The looping effect is where the front and back threads meet, this normally happens on the back when the tension is set up correctly.

              When the tension on the back is over tight or the front tension is slack it forms a ridge on the back in the middle of the thread, as the back threads have pulled the front ones through.

              When the tension on the back is slack or the front thread tension is set to tight the front threads pull the back ones through to the front as it has done in this case.

              There are also many variables in between as well

              If you look at the yellow thread you can see that is set correctly and has pulled some of the yellow threads through to the back

                  I have no comments to add, is an original SS edelweiss IMO.
