    SS postschutz cuff title?

Is this cuff authentic and if so, what's the current market value?

Please do your homework or at least search the forum or the net. The best way to get a market value is to check auctions, dealers and so......

I've searched the web and this forum and came up with both links provided above. Since this cuff is quite scarce, there weren't a lot of dealers offering this one. Besides, in my opinion the prices at germanmilitairia are a bit high. I can obtain this cuff for a lower price at a dealer, still wanted to be sure I wouldn't pay too much.

As for the link Gary provided. I've looked at the pictures before and I couldn't make out any differences. I'll admit I have an untrained eye for details, but therefore I asked for your opinions. Thanks for the replies.

              Cuff Title Differences

Look at the embroidery. Yours is much thicker in execution. Especially the runes. The thread used in application has been seen on reproduction tabs as well. The price for an original cuff title of this nature is indeed high. It's your money though. If after having been given two good references, with three clear original examples to compare, you still can get "this cuff for a lower price at a dealer" then by all means, go ahead.
