Help With SS Sleeve Insignia

Acquired this Studio Portrait in a group of SS Soldiers Studio Portraits and have not been able to identify the SS sleeve insignia.

The armband is for a Galacian Flak Helper, but what is the other insignia on his arm.

Any help would be appreciated.
